Indexing of Records from ISCHE and Paedagogica Historica

Project Description

In 2014, records of the ISCHE and the international journal Paedagogica Historica were delivered to the archive of the BBF for processing and indexing.

Documents from Paedagogica Historica most of all comprise correspondence from the board of editors and minutes documenting the editors’ work, for the regular issues and special thematic issues.

ISCHE records document the international conferences ISCHE organized since its establishment in 1978 until 2002.

Both collections provide information about the thematic issues discussed in the international community of educational scientists and educational historians since the 1960s.

In the course of the project, the records were assessed and indexed according to archival standards. by these means, the documents were preserved and prepared for usage by researchs and othe interested people within legal and contractual provisions. If you wish to use the records consent needs to be confirmed by the executive board of ISCHE. In the case of a concrete request, please contact the archive of the BBF.
